Description: Returns the sign of the argument: -1, 0 or 1.
Result type: SMALLINT
Syntax:
SIGN (number)
If the external function
SIGN is declared in your database, it will override the internal
function. To make the internal function available, DROP or ALTER the external
function (UDF).
